Complete 3D running kinematic and kinetic assessment. This package provides runners with a comprehensive analysis and report on their running style, heel strike, biomechanics profile. The analyses are conducted using high-tech 3D kinematic body sensors and highly sensitive split-leg running force plates. 3D sensors are placed at key points over the runner's body while the runs on a force-sensitive treadmill. Runners leave with assessment results and running guidance. A full information package is also given about each aspect of running biomechanics.
